Non destructive weld crack and flaw detector system
- A quick drying and low halogen and sulphur-free solvent blend which prepares welds and metallic surfaces for the NDT (Non Destructive Testing) of surface flaws
- This first of a 3 product process will remove all dirt, oil and greases which could seal penetrant ink flows that should otherwise be detected
- Leaves surfaces clean witout any residue that could interfere with the action of the ink dye and contrast or developer stages.
- All requirements called for by the A.S.M.E. (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) in their publication section N article 6 T650, T661, T662, T664 is complied with in all respects
